2026 Seasonal Alchemy Retreats
Five magical experiences for nourishment, movement & emotional balance, infused with wisdom from Classical Chinese Medicine and science based methods.
Live, In-Person, One Day Retreats in Denver, Colorado
Come home to your body, your breath, and the rhythm of nature
In Chinese Medicine, the year flows through five living, breathing seasons: spring, summer, late summer, autumn, and winter. Each one carries its own flavor, energy, and wisdom, quietly shaping how we feel in our bodies, our moods, and our overall vitality.
As the nature goes through seasonal changes, so do we. Our bodies and minds naturally respond to changes in light, temperature, and energy. When we move with the seasons instead of against them—through nourishing foods, gentle movement, and intentional emotional care—we find a steadier sense of balance and ease.
Each season has its own rhythm, organs, and emotions it speaks to. When we align with these cycles, something beautiful happens:
🌿 We feel healthier and less vulnerable to seasonal bugs
🌱 Our emotions settle and clarity & creativity return
🌸 Life starts to flow with more ease - without having to force or push
🍂 We feel more connected—to ourselves, and to the world around us
These seasonal wellness day-retreats are your invitation to slow down, listen, and harmonize with the natural world. You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and a little more at home in your own skin—no matter what life brings.
“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business.”
