Moon Cycles, Mood Cycles and your Hormones (Part 2 of 2)
Join my part 2 of the moon cycles and mood & hormone cycle workshop on Sat. September 6th @ 7:00 pm - ? (FULL MOON)!
How you'll benefit: It's a fact. We're composed mostly of water, and water responds to the moon's energy.
While studying in China, I learned how the energy of the moon can help us understand our emotions and regulate our hormones... all humans, not just women!
This second workshop on September 6th will be a practical experience. We'll be together, practicing what we have learned using the moon's energy to benefit your life's journey.
The first workshop on August 23rd will be instructional. We'll learn about the moon phases, and you'll be given an ancient "moving meditation" that connects you with the moon's energy.
A mini sound bath will enhance your experience at BOTH the new and full moon classes.
