[Private Event] Qigong & Sound Bath for Bowmar Community

[Private Event]

In this Qigong movement class, participants will learn gentle exercises to cultivate and balance their qi—life force energy—while improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, one can practice standing, sitting, or lying down, and beginners are welcome. We’ll also incorporate mindfulness and meditation to calm the mind and foster inner peace, enhanced by the soothing sounds of singing bowls. The session ends with a half-hour of seated stillness and sound therapy. Bring water, a mat if desired, dress in layers, and feel free to bring a chair if sitting is more comfortable.
