Tickets: $25 Resident/$30 Non-Resident
Gongfu tea is a traditional Chinese tea ceremony that dates back to the Song Dynasty and is known for its elegance, simplicity, and focus on the sensory experience of tea. During the ceremony, Judy will brew a selection of high-quality Chinese teas using traditional Gongfu tea brewing techniques. The tea is served in small, Yixing clay cups, allowing participants to savor the flavors and aromas of each tea.
As we enjoy tea together, Judy will be guided through each step with a true sensory experience, including the appearance, aroma, and taste of each tea. She will also be sharing ancient stories of wisdom from the sages as well as playing a few of my singing bowls to round out the experience.
