🎵Sound Bath begins promptly at 9:30 am (about a 1 hr event)

Bring: Bring blankets, pillows, a yoga mat, and whatever you need to be comfortable. If you prefer sitting, we'll have chairs available.

During this one-hour session, I will be playing therapeutic singing bowls, gongs, chimes, an ocean drum and other instruments while participants relax and enjoy the experience. This is a perfect way to promote mental clarity, increase focus, and reduce stress and anxiety.
